What Positions are Available: The General Election will be held for the Offices of the Vice-President, Tribal Council Member, and Tribal Secretary and any other Tribal council office that may become vacant should a current Tribal Council member decide to run for an office that was vacated as a result of the General Election.

Who Can Vote: All enrolled members of the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation who are 21 years of age or over on the date of the General Election shall be eligible to vote.
