Every year Fort McDowell Police and Fire personnel assist with the H’Man Shawa Field Day events. This year’s event was held on April 17, 2014. Children, teachers and parents from the school participate in a number of track and field events, like the Softball Toss, Dash, Obstacle Course, Parachute, Bouncy Ball Race and Egg Hunt.
As part of our mission in “community partnerships to enhance the quality of life for the Yavapai Nation”, the Police Department is always willing to help.
